Warranty
At Rustica House, every product is handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional metalworking, woodworking, ceramic, upholstery, and finishing techniques. Because our products are made individually rather than mass-produced, slight variations are part of their character and should not be considered defects. This warranty explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how warranty claims are handled. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
