If you are going to use your own ventilation system select insert customized and use Note window to identify its brand and model number code. Zinc Hood Care

This zinc hood cover doesn't require much maintenance. Wash it with soap mixed with warm water when needed. Do not use sharp objects. Dry it with soft cloth only. Metal wool or wire brush will scratch zinc hood surface. Avoid its contact with food containing acid. Some examples are oranges, vinegar, salt. Abrasive substances may discolor it. Use of professional kitchen range installer hood and licensed electrician strongly recommended.
