Copper Range Hood Care

Maintenance of a colonial copper range hood is easy. Abstain from abrasive, coarse and including alcohol cleaners. Steel wool, steel pads nor brushes of any kind are disallowed. They might scratch copper surface. Clean with hot soapy water using soft nylon brushes. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft towel. Avoid surface exposure to acidic foods such as tomato sauce and citrus fruits. They may discolor patina. Contracting a tradesman for the range hood installation recommended.
